I have been a client of Raquel’s for almost 15 years. My color is always impeccable. The best blonde specialist in Houston. The last 7 years or so I have gone with a short cut and I can say without a doubt that I have the sharpest, cleanest cut you will EVER see. I get stopped at least once a week complimenting my cut.
