Not customer service oriented at all and for the price… unacceptable.
WARNING!!!!!! Look up the stylist you are out with!!!!! Check those instagrams and online portfolios! Houston has other options. This is a high end super cute. Racquel, and this salon (the owner Lynette Davis) are r@cist bigots. Including Michael Soliz. They are inexperienced, and WILL ABSOLUTELY FRY YOUR HAIR OFF!!!!!! I have a video in tik tok about my experience here. From the front desk, to the result of my hair, I am embarrassed to post photos; they may enjoy too much.
Front desk is terrible and make faces at you when you leave. They treat customers like they are expendable- too expensive. Hair color is terrible by Raquel- she is inexeperienced- go to a better salon where they care about their customers
