Michael Soliz is a blatant racist and quite unpleasant to deal with.
They hire racists. Don’t want to get my hair that dirty.
I am honestly so disappointed and unhappy for my crazy pricey highlights. I had my highlights done by Nhan Nguyen. would not recommend. I guess what I wanted was more costly and can not be achieved.
RecommendedMade an appointment arrived early and was told the person I made the appointment with would be a few minutes. 45 minutes after my scheduled time and discussion among the employees I didn’t even see the person I made the appointment with a week ahead of time. Mary was great and did an awesome job, but tell me I’m not seeing the person I’m suppose to and tell me the real time I’m going to be seen. If it’s an extended time I could have gotten lunch or did some shopping.
Customer service is lacking. Make sure you're a perfect client or they don't want you. I was 15mins late for my first appointment with alex. I was lost locating the place inside the shopping center, finding a parking spot and paying for parking. I figured all the salons ive been to are always behind it will be ok or they will call me to check on my status while I was in the process of parking.
