I'd just like to officially thank Teresa and the maintenance crew (Justin, Scott, Leroy) for taking exceptional care of myself and the fellow residents of BAF during this week's snow event. We were one of the only communities with clean sidewalks and a clear path to exit the parking garage yesterday. With Theresa in the office, I was even able to renew my lease today! This was my first time living in an apartment and it couldn't have been a better experience. The highly experienced and professional staff worked with me on setting me up with a short term lease and furnished apartment with very reasonable rates within 3 days of my arrival in Norfolk. The facility and location cannot be beat - especially being within walking distance to Granby St and Tide was a nice feature. I fully enjoyed my time staying there.
