 RecommendedI have resided In Belmont for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier and more pleased. Great location to downtown Norfolk and the maintenance crew is always on point completing requests promptly and efficiently. Prior to moving in to the Belmont I looked at surrounding apartment complexes and Belmont freemason is the best. Five star complex. Five stat leasing office agents. Five star đź’« maintenance crew.Â

I would highly recommend this place to anyone moving to the downtown Norfolk area. I have lived here for 3 years and it was BY FAR the best place I have ever lived! The location, the girls in the leasing office, the maintenance team, the parking, the view, the resident perks, and having a gym accessible right across the street, made this place unmatchable against any other apartment in the area. Living here for 2 and a half years was fantastic! Brett and I enjoyed the location and the monthly free events. The units are absolutely gorgeous! The staff were terrific... always friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make you feel like part of the family. Being in the military and gone a lot of the time, we truly appreciate the warmth and welcome reception we received here... the Belmont staff kind of adopted us when we had no family of our own in the area. Everything it's Awsome place to live with the BEST staff ever.Â
I waited to review until I had been here several months (5 and counting). I love it! The office staff have been very helpful and friendly, meeting all my needs (even when quirky). The maintenance staff has also been very accommodating. The building is quiet and well maintained. I also really enjoy the monthly free tickets to different events, from Restaurant Week, to Naticus tickets, and this weekend's Tide's game. Definitely prefer the tickets to a "party of pizza." Best apartment in Norfolk.Â
We just moved in and everything has been amazing! Fantastic service in the office, restaurant week tickets so we could have a nice dinner away from unpacking, and a beautiful apartment. So happyÂ
