I have been living here at Belmont for almost 13 years. The office staff is warm and friendly. Maintenance staff currently is AWESOME. They attend to my request very quickly., Definitely recommend living here.

We are living in this community from last 1.5 years. This place is nice, amenities are good. Property management team is very good & supportive.

I have been here for a good while now and have contemplated living at another property just for comparison, but this place just keeps me rooted. There have been some staffing changes from time to time, good and bad, but as of current--management is on fire. Manager and Manager Asst. are gelling well and getting things done expeditiously. Both are very knowledgeable, attentive and super courteous...a greeting every time you enter their space and the monthly events are unheard of on other properties. I see a new Maintenance Leader and he is on the move while waiving and welcoming you in passing...quite refreshing...leadership is everything. Thank you all for what you do and it is truly noticeable...a job well done!!!

I have been at Belmont at York for a long time and the changes in management and staff have been for the better. During the last several months, the new and present manager is thriving for excellence; and it shows. Staff and crew are on an upward climb, more happy and focused. Maintenance members are swift and on a smooth/constant rhythm complying with work-orders done, and house keeping and others are keeping the grounds very nice. Events are planned/executed well and are a constant flow for your choosing...big thanks. I like were I live; it's quiet, close to many of my activities and feels like home. Exactly what I have been looking for. Thanks everyone for a job well done. You do not have to strive for better, I am just glad you do.

Good place to stay I've stayed here over a year. So far I really like it. I'll start with the bad. Lots of spiders outside. Spider webs kinda kill the outside for me. I hate spiders. Aesthetically kinda sucks. Just outside. Inside I don't have a pest issue. Now for the good. I'll start outside. The pond/lake is very cool. I've fished it several times. It's very relaxing to do after work. I have zero complaints inside my apartment. Had a microwave go bad, and it was fixed promptly. The staff is very nice. I feel safe here. Parking is not an issue. Neighbors are nice. I really have no complaints other than spiders. But that's anywhere around here really. I just wish they'd clean the webs more frequent.

A change from Alabama I moved here from Alabama and of course the cost of living is much higher. I think its just too much for rent. The master bedroom is pretty big but the rest of the apartment just seems to run together. Not enough space in my opinion. Kitchen space could be a little bigger. Patio area has extra storage which is a plus. Washer and dryer are included. But they do throw little parties to give back a little, so I guess that's a good thing.
