The entire process has been excellent. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly while the pricing was very competitive. The sales process was first rate as our sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The installation crew was also friendly and efficient. When we had a minor issue with the wood floors, they came out on a timely basis to fix them post-installation.
