I would never use them again to lay-down wood floors for me. I payed a lot of money to Belmont Carpets Wood-floor and Tile and they didn't get the job done how I wanted. I needed my floors leveled and they said they would come to do the work to level it again. And, even after leveling, it still was not very leveled. The people who do the wood floors didn't do what I asked them to do. I have not talked to the owner, but I would never use them again!
We received terrible carpet that was recommended by the sales person due to a buddy system with Royal Carpet, the install wasvpoorly coordinated seams up the middle of the room, with NO... You know our issues, the entire store knows. We have never reimbursed us like Chris said he would . The salesman Chris even admitted that we had bad carpet!!!!! You need to post this and we will be posting this where ever we can.
Very rude salesman I was stunned by the rudeness of the carpet salesman today. The salesman gave us two different prices for the same piece of carpet. He first told us its $3 per sqft then after 5 minutes he told us its for $4. Great Sales Job; Poor Installation Experience The sales folks were very nice and informative. However, when the guys came to install our carpet, they were very unprofessional in many ways. 1) we were told it was a one day job, however they worked from Friday 9AM till Saturday 1AM. To me, a one day job means that it should have ended at 7PM at the latest...like normal business hours. 2) they started rushing at the end and did a poor...
Avoid at all costs Belmont Carpets lies to its customers. Their work is shoddy and they do not stand by their product. Beward the bait and switch. I would never use them again.
