My husband and I contacted Ben in May of 2013 when we had bad experiences with two lending institutions while purchasing a foreclosed home. Purchasing a foreclosed home proved to be a very onerous process. Ben and his team were available to answer all the questions I had during the entire process. Working with Ben throughout our mortgage loan process was truly a pleasure! My husband and I are first time home owners, and he helped us all along the way. We asked a lot of questions, and Ben always took the time to provide a prompt response. He even offered to meet me at my office to complete paperwork or get my signature, which saved me a lot of time from having to travel back and forth to their office. Ben Ingle is AWESOME!!!!!! There are many things to say about the gratitude for Ben. When I first spoke to Ben, I was in fear that my credit score would not even put me in the running for a loan. When Ben announced to me that I did qualify, the thing I remember most was that he didn't elaborate on how much of a house a could afford based on my income (i.e., go out and look for a $----- house), rather, his question to me was how much monthly payment could I afford. I have known Ben Ingle for over a decade. I am a Realtor with 25+ years in the real estate industry. Ben has closed many, many of my clients loans. He has also closed loans for me personally.He is immensely popular, which is fantastic..the longest he's ever taken to return a call is 24 hours.
