Ben went above and beyond with helping me secure my loan. I had some tax and legal issues that had to be resolved and Ben helped guide me through the entire process. I always sent documents same day or the next day. But it seemed that there wasn't much urgency on the other end. I was told on day one, closing by Nov. 30th wouldn't be a problem, even with the holiday, but when the holiday arrived I was told no, we probably won't be able to close because of the holiday. I was asked for more documents than the last three mortgages I've had put together. And it was another month after Thanksgiving before we closed.
