Great floor plans. Landscaped very nicely. Stores and restaurants nearby, but yet it is a country setting. Office staff is personable and professional. Maintenance staff quick to respond to needs. A safe and comfortable community.
Bennington Hills is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are well manicured, the staff goes above and beyond. The staff hosts multiple events for residents throughout the year. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

They have a 24-48 response time to apartment issues. I've submitted 6, 2 were actioned within 24-48 hours. Three items submitted 7 days ago remain outstanding. One of which is a leaking sink - leaking water - making a continuous mess. I'm not a happy tennant.
