The staff were all very friendly during our recent 2 bedroom tour. Jessica was our host and my kids and I thought she was just amazing. We were down to the last minute finding a new place and had to be out of our residence by Friday. She somehow found a way to make it happen just in time. I will always be grateful to her for going above and beyond to make this happen for us. We did not receive this kind of service at any of the other places we looked at. The award for most improved complex belongs to this place! I've lived here for a year and it started off rocky, but the new staff have really turned this place around! Jeremy in the office is fantastic. His customer service and professionalism is above and beyond. He even helped my wife jump start her car 5 minutes before closing, outside in the cold weather. Update 09/09: After multiple emails with no response from management regarding the return of my full security deposit, as required by law, I’ve decided to take legal action by filing a claim in small claims court. If a tenant has to resort to legal measures just to receive their rightful deposit, it speaks volumes about the quality of management here.
