Exceptional experience twice now! I rarely take the time to write a review but I owe it to The Collection and Alex. What a first class experience! My wife and I were looking for a used SUV and had shopped around at a couple dealerships, and we definitely felt most comfortable and confident at The Collection. Great Sales Associate Sales Associate MO did a great Job during a difficult and frustrating day. He handled the situation well and we ended the day with a good result.
Very pleased with experience I worked with Erica to get my next vehicle and she did a fantastic job showing cars to me at multiple locations and spending the entire day with me. She was very accommodating and hospitable, and what's more important - she was transparent, answered all my questions, and got me a great deal. I will definitely work with her again when I decide to switch my car.
