Most disastrous after sales service. Purchased a Volvo XC90 from them and had problem with my GPS display. Initially they informed me that they had referred the problem to Volvo as they did not know the solution. Then there was absolute silence from them. On following up after a month, they informed me that certain parts were required to rectify this and they had ordered for the same and would revert after the parts were received. The service, or lack there of, from Berglund Ford has been unparalleled by any I have experienced in my life. These harsh, yet deserved and earned words start not only at making the actual appointment, but encompass the workmanship and failure to adequately and safely complete a warranty repair. The service sucks at their Mazda dealership in Roanoke.
I got my Fiat new from them about 11 months ago. I used Berglund Fiat to do my service on the vehicle. Recently I took my car to see about water in the tail lights and their response is water is allowed to be in the tail lights. This is not acceptable. This is not my first vehicle, but it's the only one to ever have water in the lights. Way to stand behind the cars you sell and their warranty. Berglund will not see any more of my money until this issue is resolved. I really feel let down by their customer service.
The salesmen are great. It's not there fault. But, you can't deal with Berglund. Between my sons and us we've tried chevy, Ford and Dodge. We actually left their lot went to another and bought a car and truck. They won't give you anything for your trade and won't come down on their vehicle. We won't try anymore. Total waste of time.
Sold me a car with frame damage!
They kept finding new and inventive ways of screwing up. Will never go there again
