My mattress is super comfortable and the delivery crew set up the bed quickly and easily. Berk’s is a great company to deal with!
The men who delivered the mattresses and bases were prompt and very courteous. They even wore shoe covers in my house. They installed everything well and they were very neat and clean. They took my old box spring and mattress and all the packing material with them. They stayed to make sure I knew how to use the remote and how to work the adjustable bed. It was a great experience.
From the sales (Amy) to the delivery process everything was perfect! Will certainly recommend Berkshire.
Hellen and Amy did such a great job helping us pick out our couch and Amish dining chairs. The quality is amazing and the options made it possible for us to pick EXACTLY what we wanted! We absolutely love our new bed. It looks amazing and is so unbelievably comfortable. In fact, my back used to feel stiff and achy after sleeping on my old mattress. But my back has felt great since sleeping on this mattress. Also want to say that the service was excellent, too. The bed arrived earlier than expected and they scheduled for delivery at our earliest convenience. Thank you to Berk's for a great buying experience.
The people at Berk’s are always so nice. Not pushy at all. They have the best prices around and the quality of the bed that I bought is excellent.
