The first time my delivery went without a problem! The delivery guys were awesome they made sure they took down the doors to get the furniture through and without a scratch! From the minute I walked into the store my experience has been great definitely will shop there again.
We love our new bedroom set for our 6 year old son... it’s gorgeous! And the best part is that it was actually less expensive than Wayfair AND we got to see it in person before ordering AND it was white glove delivery. Everyone from the sales team to the delivery crew was amazing. SUCH an incredible experience!
I don't know if u ever got my 1st review. They were here on schedule and everything went well.They went above and beyond expectation to cover the existing mattress that we were keeping to use for another bedroom. Thank you for your excellent service.
I needed a specific recliner (electric) for my Mom. Berks had 3 on the floor at different price points and styles. Easy to try them and choose and was able to have it delivered in 2 days. Delivered as promised with a 2-hr window and phone call 20 min prior to arrival. The guys were pleasant and helpful. Awesome experience! Highly recommend.

Great experience. From the moment we walked in the store we were not attacked like at most stores. We were helped, but not pressured. We left saying that was the easiest furniture buying experience ever! We were given a 6-8 week turn around time and the couch came 3 weeks early. It was delivered the following day from when they called. The couch is amazing. Better than expected! We would definitely recommend Berks!

Very nice experience buying from Berk’s. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Likewise, the delivery personnel were excellent. I would definitely say my experience was great from the time I walked in the store until my couch was delivered. I will definitely consider Berk’s first for my next furniture purchase.
