SO HERE IS THE START, PURCHASED A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT (YES MADE IN USA) PAID 2598.00 PLUS TAX. SET IS GARBAGE. TRY TO RETURN AND TOLD THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME 50 PERCENT BACK BECAUSE THEY NEED TO DESTROY THE SET SINCE ITS BEEN IN MY HOUSE. SOUNDS LIKE BS. BUT IT WAS OK TO BE IN THE STORE SITTING ON ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE SHOWROOM WITH NO CLEANING PROCEDURES IN PLACE . Ordered a sofa from here. Order came in a reasonable amount of time but half of the sofa was wrong so they promised a “rush order” to get us the correct half. Mysteriously, the “rush order” took exactly the same amount of time it took to get the first half in. We should have gone somewhere else to get what we wanted in half the amount of time and probably for cheaper.

Wrote a previously review but email was incorrect! Correct is on bottom
The furniture looks great, but unfortunately there was a loose bolt inside one of the pieces and made a rip in back of couch as the delivery man was carrying that piece in the bolt caught onto our molding a ripped a piece of it off. The delivery man took pictures of all damaged material and advised that someone will contact us to reimburse for damages. Thank you!
Purchased a Dining set, table with 4 chairs, quoted a price and accepted..Contract signed and left 50%...Was than notified by Berk's they made a mistake on the price and now this dining set is $285 more..WHAT???? They only gave price for table and not chairs and will not stand by their mistake even though I have a signed contract with 5 pieces on it...I worked in retail and if a price was put in place, if i was a mistake, it still had to be honored. If I could give them a no star I would. They have done nothing but push me off and my couch was supposed to be here within 5-7 business days but it took over two months they originally said it was back ordered two weeks what was fine but two months. I had no couch for 2 family parties and easter. One girl said she’d talk to a manager to let me know what they could do for me but no calls I called them 6 times checking on status every time was we don’t know.
