While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Service Berlin City Chevrolet has a great service department. I was asked if I had any concerns when making an appointment for an oil change, which I did. I told the Service Manager my concern . My appointment was the very next day and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction . GREAT SERVICE
