Easy to schedule, took my vehicle right on time. Dayna couldn't have been nicer. I usually have service at Colonial in Acton,MA but I needed service while staying in NH. I was very happy with the friendly way I was treated.

This was our first visit to Berlin City and from start to finish we had a great experience. Dave our salesman was very helpful during our search for the right truck, he even had it warming up when we came in to look at it and test drive it. Honestly, my experience was horrible. I went there to go get my car serviced for a tire alignment and wheel balance. I sat there for almost 2 hours before they even brought my car inside on the lift— they then tried to toy around with me with parts. They said I needed parts they later realized I already on the car. Even though the mechanics could not figure out how to get my tires properly aligned the service manager (Brad Bartke) wanted to charge me for it.
