We made the mistake of buying a used 2012 Honda Insight from a different dealer. I love my new car! Megan Cogswell was awesome! She was patient while I was choosing which car, and while I was debating if a new car was the right decision. The finance department was also awesome! They walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions! The overall experience was probably the best I have ever had at a dealership.
I had been to a few Honda dealerships and did not have success. I was looking for a specific model. Contacted Noah Pellerin and got me my car, which was located in Ohio. The car came in this week (attached) a black pearl Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid. It was all done over the phone. He was responsive and attentive to detail and follow up.
