the folks at Berlin City Honda in South Portland accommodated our unannounced arrival in frigid temperatures with hot beverages for me and a quick swapping over of my summer tires for my winter tires on our CRV...I had purchased the snow tires there in 2021 with wheels so as to expedite the process...they are always kind...it was fun seeing Eric S again...told him that the other family Honda now resides in Germany:)...looking forward to our 2024 visit to Berlin City where the trust is very deserved and the employees are gre... read more

Mark did an excellent job of explaining the finances and making adjustments to accomodate the financing and down payments options we had available. had never used express service in the 2 years of owning my 2017 crv and it was beyond a good experience as Ryan was helpful, fun and kind....there were issues in addition to my routine service and he corrected one at the time of the visit and offered an estimate for the other need with a part that would take a few days to arrive...so far so great at Berlin City Honda in South Portland regarding service...and a special thanks to Ryan...sorry to have missed Eric S but it was still a good visit.

We previously owned Subarus, Toyotas, and Nissans. The Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid had best drive over Mazda, Rav 4, Forester, and Kia Sportage. Noticably very quiet ride on highway. Steve G found the perfect fit for us in a 2024 Sport L which had all the features we wanted at less cost than the Sport Touring. Thanks, Steve and Berlin City.
