Berlin City Kia has real, authentic genuine people, who happen to sell cars, to real, authentic, genuine people who happen to be buying cars. These aren't just "sales" people. Even the space feels different than any other car dealership I've been in - it feels open, light, friendly, upbeat, almost cafe-like. It was the only "awake" car dealership experience I've ever had. It seems dealers like Kia are realizing that the old archaic system of selling cars wasn't working for people, and are creating a new dynamic - where it feels open, honest, authentic, easy, and dare I say...fun! I would absolutely go back the next time I need a car and I would also seek out our Sales Guide, Tyler, again as we really liked working with him.

I bought a beautiful vehicle from Berlin City Kia of Vermont on Saturday, 4/29/17. I had initially found them online and began emailing with Terry Thompson, Jr. who suggested we drive over from NY to take it for a ride. From the moment we pulled in, I was impressed. The vehicle I was interested in was up front waiting for me, gassed up and ready to roll. The staff were welcoming and friendly and Terry was OUTSTANDING to deal with - from start to finish. The building is clean and beautiful - snacks and drinks were available and it's just a first class experience all the way around. I left there a few hours later with the vehicle I wanted and some awesome "bonus" gifts. The finance department was wonderful to deal with also. I HIGHLY recommend Berlin City Kia of Vermont. 5+ Stars.... just outstanding!!! :)

Berlin City sent me a clear and easy email about an emissions service they would provide for my new Kia. They helped me to schedule my appointment quickly and easily and although I was almost ten minutes early for my appointment time they serviced me immediately. I was able to text with Jerry throughout my appointment to receive information and to ask him questions about the detailed services they were providing for my vehicle. Jerry allowed me to see detailed paperwork regarding the services provided when my appointment was done. He fixed my front calipers, provided the emissions service, state inspected my vehicle hand washed my vehicle for me in 45 minutes. Jerry offered every hospitality he was able to during this uncertain time as well as providing general positivity and personality! Thank you Jerry Wolfenbar, you and Tim both made my appointment easy peasy lemon squeeze yesterday! 😊🍋💙

I have bought several cars from Berlin city Kia, I am currently on my 5th, and my family members have bought too, I love their sales dept! Josh Catella was kind and super flexible. Due to the times we had to do everything by phone, which can be challenging, especially working from home! But he divided and concord! Thank you josh you rock!! And thank you berlin City Kia, for my awesome new ride!! I huge shout out also to the finance manager Kyle Doherty, he really made the magic happen, I don’t think this deal would of worked out if he wasn’t super great at his job!! He was honest and super friendly, even got back to me after hours! I am one happy costumer!!! Thanks guys!
