"Kia Sportage " I absolutely love my Kia Sportage! It rides awesome in the snow! I felt very safe! I can’t wait for the sun to shine so I can see the true color, black cherry!
"Brake job" I had trouble with the brakes on my 5 year old Sorrento and they found the issue and kept at it until it was fixed. The service advisor drove the car and realized what it was, got us in and the mechanic found the problem and it was covered in warranty. I was very pleased with all the work they did. Ryan in the service department went out of his way to get a loaner for my boyfriend when they realized that it was taking longer than expected. He didn't need it in the end but Ryan has always been there for me.
"Awesome!" Jay and Dedric made a great 4 car deal happen. It was a great experience with Berlin City and I would highly recommend them. They can make it happen and put you in a great KIA! I can't say enough good things about them!
"fast, efficient " Ryan was helpful and efficient. He walked me to my car and extended a future carwash, as they were unable to provide at the time of service due to the frigid temp. I brought my vehicle in to get the tires changed over, but they were also able to take care of a recall as well.
"They Actually Listen to You!" When we went into most dealerships, we told them up front that we were just starting to look, and that we were not ready to sit down or negotiate. But at most dealerships, they put us inside little office, and started trying to hammer out purchase deals. We clearly told those other dealerships, we were NOT going to buy that day. "Quick and Courteous service" I had an appt. at 9:00 AM after Thanksgiving. I was greeting and promptly helped. The service people told me they would be done by 10:30 I waited and the car was ready by 10:15. Just can't beat that. Thank you

"Great... once you’re there" I always have the most difficult time getting someone on the phone to make an appointment or ask a question but once I do, the service at the location is wonderful. Kind and accommodating.
"service department friendly and efficient" The service department did a good job and was very friendly. The only problem is getting to them. When you call the phone number you find when googling them, you get a person who does not work there and who wants to oversell and schedule appointments for 3-4 weeks out. That said, when I was able to speak to someone who actually works in the Williston store, they were great.
