"great selection, no pressure, customer statisfaction is #1" We were shopping for a new(er) car, this is our first Kia, loved the big warranty, solid ratings in Edmunds.com, reasonable prices...we drove home with the new car that day. Easy.
"rouitine vehicle maintanance" Ryan Maxwell has always made sure all repairs or service was complete correct and to my satisfaction. My appointments always started and finished on time. He has always been polite and has always seen that any concerns or questions that I had were addressed and answered. He is an indispensable asset in my vehicle service and maintenance needs.

"State Inspection" Made an appointment to have Vt State Inspection completed. We waited for the vehicle and it took about an hour. Facility is neat, clean and well kept. No problems with recommending these folks. Special kodos to Ryan Maxwell Who took care of us!
"Stephen in Service saved the day!" While on a 2-week road trip to New England, our Sorento started flashing a strange warning notice. Very upsetting considering we were to travel 16 hours back to TN the next two days. Googled to find Berlin Kia close by but it was late afternoon.
