Best Salesman Josh from Berlin City Kia was amazing at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very informative,concise,and quick. Tom V. is a gem! My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

The best! The service department at Berlin City is always excellent to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always done in a timely manner, and the valet service means that there is no interruption to my day when my car needs service.

Josh Catella great salesman. I went to Berlin city on Nov 4,2021 because Josh reached out to me about a van that I Previously called about months ago that was in transit. Well it finally arrived and was rolling off the truck . So I headed right over. An excellent experience and outcome! I was nervous. I’d never leased a car before and was on my own. Adam Rich and Ben Perry made it all easy. They know what they’re doing and do it right. When I pulled into the lot, one vehicle caught my eye. I thought, “That’s it.” Though I never mentioned that to Ben, it was the first car he brought out for me to look at. It’s now sitting in my driveway, making me happy every time I look at it.

Great customer service in service department Brought in my 2020 Kia Soul that was making a knocking noise when steering. Turned out to just be a jug of maple syrup under my seat, whoops. Didn’t charge me and updated my computer as there was a recall on it. Also washed the outside of my car.
