"Excellent Experience " From the. first tech to the last person I spoke to,everyone was very attentive and.polite. Car service was sooth and well done. She explained everything before and after the service was performed. Great great visit.
"appointment for routine maintenance" Amy Dunn was fantastic - helpful, friendly, efficient, and informative. I could not have been more satisfied with her attention to our car and to me.
"Fast, courteous service." I was greeted in a very friendly manner. My car went right in and was returned to me even faster than I was told to expect.
"2015 Toyota Prius service" Amy was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Service was prompt and thorough. Waiting room was clean. Service took less time than I was told. Thank you.
"Listened to concerns of customer" The service representative was professional yet pleasant. The service itself was efficient. The staff was knowledgeable regarding a price adjustment that could be made (i.e., based on AAA membership) and readily offered it. The car was returned washed (exterior).

"Great car buying experience!" Mutombo is awesome! We were having trouble getting to the dealership to look at a vehicle because of our son's football practices. Mutombo brought the vehicle to our house so we could test drive it and then made sure no one was able to buy it out from under us while we negotiated terms and financing - which took a few days. I have bought two cars from Mutombo and he has been excellent to work with. No pressure, no BS. He makes car buying what it should be - fun!
"Normal service appointment" My car was received at the scheduled time and completed within an hour. Service advisor was very courteous and helpful as always. Waiting area facility is top notch
"25,000 mile check up" Service was efficient, quick and I was very happy with the service. It was my final "free" checkup. Jesse did bring Out the status report and I did need to buy an air filter, howeve....no problem.
