"Fantastic" I was treated well, very professionally. I felt like I was important and that they really wanted my business, yet were not pushy or rude.
"Amazing Place" We discovered, while on a trip to Maine, that our Avalon's right headlight was out. We called Berlin City Toyota on Friday afternoon, and were offered an appointment the following morning. When we arrived, a service employee graciously agreed to replace the bulb himself, and we were in and out of the dealer in 15 minutes! "warranty maintenance" excellent and quick service. Pleasant and cheerful people getting me in and out. Can't think of anything else to add so will repeat that everything has been as expected so far. The vehicle is only a year old and we hope that it stays healthy for the foreseeable future. Hope this is enough. Not interested in giving any more information.
