My wife and I went in to look at a specific set. We worked with Phil and he was amazing. He was patient with answering our questions but also giving us space to talk and decide what we wanted to do. He let us know about all of our options and answered even more questions. We will absolutely be back and look forward to our next visit.
A Plus from the time I walked through the door....the sales person, Janell was delightful and very helpful and patient. I had purchased furniture from Bernie & Phyls about 3 years ago and had to replace a love seat due to a misfortune accident. I would definitely go back to Bernie & Phyls in Braintree and recommend them.

After buying a new home, I looked around for some new furniture to fill it. I found Bernie and Phyll’s to have the best price, style, and quality. Shopping there was super easy, and I actually went back a second time for some more furnishings after placing my first order. I bought the LuLu Youth Chest in white from Bernie&Phyl's recently. It is an inexpensive chest but I liked how it looked online and it had the dimensions I needed. It is really a great value for the money, sturdy and well made. It also looks great, much better than a more expensive one I bought 2 years ago from another shop.
