We met with Bernie Paciello at our first trip to Bernie and Phyl’s. He was friendly and helpful - explaining features of the sofa we are purchasing, giving us info on delivery times and searching for another piece that we were looking for. He was very professional, patient with all our questions, and took his time with us. He let us know all next steps which is helpful to new to the area customers like us! We were referred by our new neighbors, and we are glad we stopped in!
