The comfort exchange was done smoothly and quickly. The delivery (both for the first and the replacement mattress) was on time, and the delivery men were very efficient and pleasant.
Fast and smooth
My shopping experience at B & P was very good, the staff are not like vultures as they are at most furniture shops. A person on the first floor on entering asked if she could help me find something or direct me where to look, I told her I was familiar with the store and knew what I was looking for. She said feel free to ask someone if you need help. I went to the third floor and a staff member asked if I needed assistance, he knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to it. Initially, I wandered into Bernie & Phil's a few years ago just because it's near my home. I found a wide, but not overwhelming, range of products so I've returned several times, now for furniture to meet specific needs and they always seem to have what's on my mind. The sales staff on the floor seem to be well-informed on the merchandise and can point me toward a few options to consider. Delivery personal have always been on time, pleasant, and adept at setting up and tidying up when they are done.
