The comfort exchange was done smoothly and quickly. The delivery (both for the first and the replacement mattress) was on time, and the delivery men were very efficient and pleasant.
Fast and smooth
My shopping experience at B & P was very good, the staff are not like vultures as they are at most furniture shops. A person on the first floor on entering asked if she could help me find something or direct me where to look, I told her I was familiar with the store and knew what I was looking for. She said feel free to ask someone if you need help. I went to the third floor and a staff member asked if I needed assistance, he knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to it.
