my experience today at your Nashua store was a very enjoyable one, We were first greeted by one of the most friendly salesperson that I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying items such as furniture automobiles or any appliances, her name Is Tiffany, We were asked what we had come looking for and were quickly led to the 3rd floor of living room sets, the most I have seen any where, once we were there we tols her what our budget was and that we only looking for a sofa not a full set, she was very receptive to this and... read more

Our shopping experience was great. Friendly personal, a lot of choice and variety in styles. The lamps we took along immediately. The end tables we had to wait for 2 days and then picked it up. At pick-up, the tables were wrapped in bubble foil. The morning after arrival, we noticed two dents on the surface/corner of one table and returned it. Now waiting for replacement. It would have been better had the tables been unwrapped at pick-up, inspected by us and seller, and then wrapped up. No issues for returning. All well, and... read more
