Very helpful and knowing
I have been shopping at Bernie&Phyl's now for several years. The service and great delivery people have always been courteous and accommodating. The sales staff has been good in the past. The sales associate we had last night was great! His name is Adrian Doss and he was a big help to us in explaining the kitchen set and also the recliner love seat. I can't see going to another furniture store anytime soon. Thank you.
I needed to get a measurement that was not listed on line. When I attempted to chat online all that they gave me were the measurements that were shown on line. I called the Nashua direct and spoke with Linda on the sales floor. She was great and got me the measurement that I needed. I ordered the Sedona drop leaf desk with her then and there. Thanks Linda!! I could have not ordered the desk without your help.

I was at Bernie and Phil’s to look at mattresses I was helped by George and with his experienced assistance I was help to choose the mattress that was just right for me Also opened a credit card which allowed me to pay with no interest for 3 years
