The mattress we bought from Bernie & Phyls made our body ache and we needed to exchange it for a softer mattress. It was easy to do and we are much happier now. The delivery men were very polite and quick.

We placed our order and decided 3 days before the delivery date that we wanted to add something else. They were so helpful and accommodating. The added piece was able to be delivered with everything else with our specific requests noted and taken into account. BONUS: the delivery crew was amazing!!!
