Customer Service was great!
Great service! I buy all my furniture with them. My recent experience was with a couch I purchased a few years ago. The mattress frame broke causing tears in the cushions. Having the 5 year extended warranty I called them. Someone came out to see the couch and ordered parts needed. Turns out the parts are discontinued. They gave me a credit for the FULL cost of the couch to repurchase another new couch. Needless to say we purchased a new living room set this weekend. VERY satisfied with Bernie and phyls. Service was excellent!
We had bought a full size sofa, love seat, two chairs and two ottomans, all in leather. After the delivery people had left, we found that the full size sofa did not work out in our living room. I called the store to request to exchange it for another love seat. They gave me no problem with that. That are even going to deliver and and pick up type sofa.
