This review is in response to my previous review of Bernie and Phyl's: It appears that their customer service responded to my previous 1 star rating review. The response is was to contact them in order to resolve this issue. The response was merely "lip service" as I sent a email to customer service and got no response again. Do not buy anything from Bernie and Phyl's, you will get terrible customer service if you need to contact them. Below is a copy of the letter I sent to Bernie and Phyl's Customer service and to the Better Business Bureau. We prepaid and ordered a kitchen table and chair set with complete assembly and install in August (2020). The table was delivered in August, but the chairs were back ordered with a promised delivery date of December. I never heard from Bernie & Phylls as to the status of the chairs. When I called today (Dec. 15) to check on the status of the chairs, I was told it would now be sometime in February but they could not guarantee they would even come then.
