We were looking at a set and a salesman could not wait for us to leave and sat down is customers right where we were. My husband and I thought that was rude. Our salesman was not happy either

The Natick store was fantastic the westboro store was almost the worst customer service I have had in 25 years for the main furniture floor. They completely ignored moenalthoighr I was ready to buy a full hour of furniture. I dealt with a guy in mattresses who was nice in westboro and the outlet guys were helpful but the floor people in the main furniture area in westboro were the worst I’ve ever seen.
