As Usual, I received great Customer Service from both Jeff Paru and Phil Gavin. They both are experienced.
Sharyn was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She showed us only furniture that fit our specifications. After departing (to look at another source for furniture), she completed research to determine availability. Upon return Sharyn shared the research and then wrote the order. Fastest we have ever placed an order (out the door in fifteen minutes). Overall, we were very comfortable, not being shadowed while we looked at the inventory and not pressured when we stated we wanted to check one other vendor.
