Good quality furniture and reasonably priced. The salesman was very helpful with no pressure. They also stand behind there furniture and service department does a great job which is why I'm a repeat customer at Bernie & Phyl's.
I cant say enough about the service and hospitality. Steive his dad bob and phil were AWESOME! no pressure sales buying a new bed was fun. My wife and I was able too pick our perfect bed within half hour. The rest of our time was spent laughing and joking around. Also had the pleasure of meeting Arthur a ww2 veteran 92 years young. Bernie and plils of braintree on wood rd. Deserves 10 stars. Thank you for such a great time shopping at your store.. Best wishes from buck and kelly.
Our salesperson in the mattress department was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the products and very patient. He listened to us and recommended products that fit our needs. Excellent service. My only issue was not related to our salesperson, but to Bernie & Phyl's trial policy. The mattresses are very expensive and you purchase one with only a few minutes to try it. The trial policy doesn't allow an unsatisfied customer to return and get reimbursed for the mattress. You can only purchase a different mattress (and there... read more
I have purchased 2 seperate living room sets from this store, both broke within 1 year, poor quality. Overpriced furniture should definitely last longer. The biggest issue I have would be their "furniture protection plan" I purchased the plan with both sets and now I am seeing a pattern, they claim they will come out and fix any (non-pet damage) when I called they were unable to have someone come out for 3 weeks, and now they are stating my couch is not covered under the protection because of "accumulation" so I have 1 back ... read more
Went to Bernie and Phyl's in Newington NH and purchased an adjustable frame for a brand-new mattress. We were told that the mattress we purchased would be compatible with the adjustable base we had bought. We were also told that it could be exchanged but not returned for a refund. The adjustable frame that was delivered is very flimsy, not sturdy at all, bed moves all over the place when someone moves. Lousy customer service. Didn't get what I ordered. Was promised call backs that never materialized. The music they have when you're on hold is ghastly and so loud. I will think twice before I purchase from this .
