My in all experience from the time I picked out my furniture to the delivery was great. No issues of any kind. I picked out my set on a Friday and it was delivered on a Wednesday, the following week. Happy Wife, Happy Life
We are beyond satisfied, the store was amazing, the customer service was great, very friendly staff and no pressure. the item we chose was beyond the quality you find every where else. the lead time for shipping was cut in half. Hands down 5 star . the only thing we didn't care for was not being able to choose a delivery that fits our schedule this is working america and the delivery schedules are not friendly to that having to make arrangements is not user friendly. Sal was the most pleasant and informative salesperson. The ladies in the payment department were so helpful. The bill was explained to me down to the last detail and was exactly what Sal had stated. I will definitely return as I am looking for a few more pieces. Thank you Bernie and Phyl's
