I want to say Thank You to Seth and Angela with my VA Claim. They were very processional and their customer service is excellent. They answered all my questions. I had several appeals for my case involving CUE and my early effective date. We had to appeal all the way to the board and the appeal came back in my favor. I recommend them to any Veteran. David Ossian and his assistant Tuesday are awesome! When I started as a client of Berry Law, I was at 20%. Just over a year later, and I now have a 100% rating through the VA. When I started the process, I was totally clueless on how to move forward; I didn't even know how to file a claim. But working with David and his team was as simple and straightforward as could be. Sean Shepherd and his staff have done an outstanding job in helping me with my claims. When I first went with Mr. Shepherd, I was locked in at a 70% rating. I tried for years to get a higher rating to no avail. With a great deal of hard work , legal guidance/ knowledge and persistence on Mr. Shephard part, I am not rated at 100%. Sarah Newell is the one to request if she’s available, she represents Berray Law as it represents itself publicly. I was told about Berry Law firm by a fellow disabled Vet who had great success in obtaining a favorable rating with the help of Berry Law.
