Berry Law will take your case only to try and extort money from you. We were told by the top attorneys in the US that our case was cost prohibitive, but they convinced my elderly father that they could win his case. He signed a contract and around every corner tried numerous tactics to extort money from him, including misrepresenting to him the reason they needed his deed to the family farm. I want to offer my sincere appreciation for the way Berry Law handled my VA appeal. Seth Chambers, Laura Melo, and Mr. Pilgrim eased my apprehension about the appeals process. I hired Cameron Kruger from berry lawfirm in summer of 2017 for my forfeiture under contigioncy 1/3 down with no fee less they win. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS FIRM. I retained them 3+ yrs ago only to discover (3 yrs later now) that they are completely unorganized, unprofessional and i have since FIRED them 3 weeks ago. Even after i fired them by return request reg. mail asked for a return call, well still have received nothing which is also why i fired them. They have neglected to address my MAIN issue with the VA.
