I have been fighting with the VA for years. I went thru several rejections, and appeals for higher level review. The VA denied me, even after having involved my Senator. I was a Navy Engineman in the early 80’s. I filed a claim with the help of a VSO only to be denied by the VA. My VSO did not know what to do next. I found Berry Law on the internet, and they agreed to take the case. Seth examined the original denied claim.
