Berry Law helped me to win my disability case. Everyone knew that my injuries and conditions were from my military service. Only problem is the VA wouldn't approve my disability. John Berry law firm is amazing. Since I first contacted them in 2021, their entire staff has been working extremely hard working on my claims and appeals. As a vet, especially combat arms, we have a different point of view. The culture while in the service is to suck it up and drive on and Motrin is handed out like tic-tacs. Once out, the same attitude persists. We just deal with it, until we can't. In 2015 I tried to seek on my own disability benefits and was denied outright without even a C&P exam. I was having problems getting my rating with the VA. I used the Omaha office. I choose Berry because I had a friend who used them. Team was professional, polite attentive and really cared about me. I received my 100 Percent rating after being stuck at 90 for years. I won back percentages that were taken away for no reason and I received back pay for an error berry law firm saw. I finally feel as if I have won a battle I fought since 2005.
