Seth and Angela handled by claim through the Veterans Court in Washington D. C. My claim for sleep apnea was granted with a 50% increase to my current disability. My service was long ago and I didn’t think much about it for many years. While I struggled with numerus physical consequences from the injuries in the service I had no expectation of any benefits available to me from the VA. I was struggling to get my knees service connected and have fought with the VA for a while know. I have been trying for a whole to get my case and injuries seen and rated for benefits but the VA seem to stop my ratings at 90%. Berry Law made it so seamless for me to get my VA claim approved. I had done all I could to prove my case to the VA and I had a condition that was rated at 30%. It was a debilitating condition that I felt was a slap in the face. Berry Law made quick work of outlining what I needed to do in order to get my condition re-rated.
