I found Berry Law after talking to a friend about my initial rating from the VA. After 10 years as a paratrooper with 2 tours to Iraq, my back is in constant pain (among other issues the VA declined). Matthew Bartling VSO of Berry Law took my case for a paratrooper injury when I was turned down. I had no evidence other than testimony of my siblings about my injury since I made visits on sick call perfunctory and undocumented as a good non-malingering Infantry Lieutenant was expected.
