I am a Marine Corps Disabled Combat Veteran of Foriegn War living in Pennsylvania who contacted Berry Law Lincoln, Nebraska along with several other law Firms to assist in filing disability claims with the VA Compensation board, but Berry law caught my attention by the way they showed persistance and handled my inquiry intelligently unlike the other Law firm's I had spoken with. I was struggling to get my knees service connected and have fought with the VA for a while know. Once I had Seth and Angela at Barry Law represent me with my claim, they worked on building the case and the VA just service connected and rated me on my knees thanks to Seth and Angela! I have been trying for a whole to get my case and injuries seen and rated for benefits but the VA seem to stop my ratings at 90%. I highly recommend the Berry Law firm to assist any veteran that is having issues dealing with the VA. Whether your claim has been denied or you were given a low rating by the VA I felt that I was in good hands the entire time with Berry Law. Berry Law made it so seamless for me to get my VA claim approved. I had done all I could to prove my case to the VA and I had a condition that was rated at 30%. It was a debilitating condition that I felt was a slap in the face. Berry Law made quick work of outlining what I needed to do in order to get my condition re-rated. Jason Thomas Did it again Jason got me a VA percentage jump a third time now at 90% unreal started at 20% in less then two years 20,70,90%.
