A change from a C Corp with a non-calendar year end to an S Corp brought us to confronting the Sage brick wall with respect to changing period and year-end dates. After our Sage support contract proved of no value, Shirley made this task easy, quick and affordable. Great lead time. Flawless restore. Thank you!

We had problems with changing our FYE date and Sage was of no help. Repeated calls to Sage resulted in different answers each time and wasting in excess of 100-man hours to no avail. Shirley was able to change our FYE date and keep all of our data history. This was money well spent and the transfer was seamless. I would highly recommend her over Sage Customer Support for any troubleshooting problems. Money well spent.

Reading some other reviews I see I'm not the only one that was hesitant to upgrade ACT- My 2013 refused to let me in....1 month after Swiftpage stopped supporting it. I Got in touch with Allen at BBS and he seemed to be a "straight shooter" and he assured me he would get me up and running. He went above and beyond to make that happened. We chose to purchase our Sage50 application from Best Business Strategies as I was apprehensive of getting timely support from Sage as it was such a big corporation and we were just a small business in a foreign country . This migration was mission critical and I could afford no downtime. I did not regret this choice at all. I hesitated to call Best Business Strategies because I was totally confused by the information on the ACT website and figured it would get no better. I am so glad I called. I stumbled upon Shirley's website when trying to decide which payroll product to switch to after 30 years of using my current software.
