Best Business Strategies is the place to go to purchase software. I received customer service above and beyond the call of duty. In particular Allen Byard, really has his ACT! together. He spent the better part of a day walking me through the process of making sure my database would sync properly with Google. He was gracious and it was easy to recognize that he knew what he was doing. I would, and have, recommended Best Business Stragies to my friends.
Our company had a major computer crash and realized that we had 15 year old ACT! software. All we had was the backup USB drive. We took the advice of Allen and ordered the new ACT! version, and through his knowledgeable instructions were able to restore all of our data. Allen helped me with my Act! 17 upgrade. He went above and beyond what one would have expected. He was able to get me up and running, while Swiftpage was not paticulary helpful. Strongly recommend them!!!
I had pc problems probably caused by Microsoft updates. PC would not boot up. Got pc back in service, but Sage 50 Premium would open read only because pc problems lost program activation. Shirley explained exactly what I needed to do. In just a few minutes I was back in business. Thanks Shirley!!!
When it came time to upgrade my Peachtree Complete 2012 software I made the mistake of purchase the "wrong" version from Amazon. Who knew that Sage FORCED you to stay with the same level of program. Anyway, as I tried to find a solution for my problem I found my way to Shirley with BestBusinessStrategies.
