Dr. Carlson is very caring and thorough. During my visit he apologized for keeping me waiting and he taken the time to listen and analyze my symptoms. His office is very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Carlson is not only thorough with his patients, he is also very caring and he adds his since of humor while he’s with you.
Friendly and professional staff. I made an appointment and was in and out fairly quickly with no waiting time beforehand.
I work out of town and come home specifically to see dr Carlson and his staff... they always pay attention to detail and are aware of my needs... it’s the personal touch like knowing my name when I come through the door that sets this practice aside from others... they always go above and beyond to make sure I’m accommodated as best as they possibly can....
I love Best Care Garland. Every since moving to Dallas in 2006, Dr. Carlson and his staff have always provided me and my family quality health care. He and his staff are great. Dr.Carlson is very thorough and has a deep concern for his patients and their needs.

I really woudn't change anything . They listen to you and explain everything to you in terms you can understand . They are the best ever in taking blood for testing . Hate needles . I have never had to wait for a long time for the doctor . They do not rush you thru the visit . , One thing for me is they have a sense of humor . Seeing a doctor is stressful enough so this is important to me .
