terrible communication and lack of compassion when trying to have our family dog put down. they literally left us in the parking lot with my kids and sick dog with no vet to do procedure for our scheduled appointment

Had 2 dogs that were to be spayed and nurtured. One of their employees canceled both appointments without permission. They didn’t call us to inform us of the cancellations. Called and spoke to the manager and she said we had to take our dogs to another vet. This is due to a employee not liking us. Sorry but a client should come first over how a employee feels. If they truly cared about animals they would have scheduled the appointments on the day the employee is not working. Now we have to find another vet that will take the... read more

Standard of care is probably decent but they are not upfront about costs. We couldn't get into HSCPA spaying program so we could around they are the lowest, but if course you need to get multiple vaccines, two rounds of blood work and more just to get a spay $$$. So they talk you into a payment plan. Then when you go to drop off the stool sample that the said you need they tell you it's not covered. So you say nevermind. these people left us completely hopeless my dog had blood in his urine from bladder stones. they said his platelets were too low he couldn't have surgery and basically left us with the impression he would have to be put down. offered no other course of action. wouldn't accept $650 from "care credit" they set us up with because the receptionist said the number care credit gave me was too long. i told her it said on the website if anyone had trouble verifying the number to HAVE THEM call care credit so she told ME to call them... read more

I took my cat to you for a food allergy...The first visit, you gave her a steroid shot...You also said she had 2nd degree dental and gum disease..2 weeks later, I brought her back for the 2nd steroid shot and you said she now had 3rd degree gum and dental disease and she should have surgery to correct this...So her disease advanced in 2 weeks??! Was satisfied with this office until today. I received a call last week that my dog was due for lyme vaccine and kennel cough vaccine. Okay fine. Took him to his appointment today and specifically said "he was JUST here in April for a full work up, he just needs the two vaccines" okay great. The vet calls me "his seresto collar needs to be tighter, you have too many collars on him, his dental scale is a 1, his coat is too dry, you can buy these capsules for $30, this mixture for his food for $32, a dental kit for $40" BLAH B... read more
