My salesman Roger was fantastic. I prefer email to phone and he accommodated helpfully. I bought Tempurpedic pillow goodness and bedframe here. There was a minor issue with the bedframe on delivery and Roger and his manager Dana made it right immediately. Delivery guys were nice. The one piece of my set I got directly from Tempurpedic was a real headache for delivery and was late and I had to make it a thing to get Tempurpedic to honor the price that was literally sitting on the bed, so the only thing I'd do differently is t... read more

Thanks for the help kaleb, we are excited to come purchase our new bed from here in tge near future. Kaleb was really helpful, i had a picture of a tag on a bed I recently slep in at a air bnb I didn't have much information to work with but Kaleb figured it out.

I have been in a search for a decent, but inexpensive mattress for our spare bedroom. Went into Best Mattress on Craig. Dan let me know their internet was down at the time, but, still helpful with my questions. He said if I was interested he would be able to do hand written for cash. If you're looking for a new mattress, go see Kris. He is one of the few salesmen we actually like. He is knowledgeable, he listens to what you want, and he works out the best deal for you! He isn't pushy, he doesn't rush you, and he shows you options in your price range, not just all expensive mattresses. We are finally getting a good night sleep!

I highly recommend going to this store! I had a great experience and Aaron was GREAT!! He was so knowledgeable and very helpful. If you are looking for a mattress definitely go here and ask for Aaron!
